On October 9, 1919, after having won both Game 6 and Game 7, the Chicago White Sox faced off against the Cincinnati Reds, in the “must-win” 8th game of the World Series.

The White Sox were widely considered one of the best baseball teams in the sports’ history – but they lost, 10-5? Long story short, 8 members of the team were accused of ‘fixing’ the series, in exchange for money.

The players were acquitted in their 1921 trial, but the Commissioner of the MLB issued a lifetime ban from professional baseball – to all of them! What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role? Nothing, at all.

That said, now that we have your attention – Janna French is working on 3 new roles. Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives in Mississauga + Burnaby + Edmonton. POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE LOCATION: MISSISSAUGA + BURNABY + EDMONTON RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer inbound client calls and promote different products (or propose alternative solutions)

· Enter all customer orders into the system + follow up on status of deliveries

· Assist in the planning of special-order deliveries with external transportation companies

· Perform inventory research within company network + outside vendors (as required)

· Provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2+ years’ experience in relevant customer service / sales type role

· Call centre experience (an asset)

· Solution-oriented + team player + strong fluency in oral / written English

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

REMUNERATION:

SALARY: $50,000 – $55,000 OTHER: benefits + hybrid (work from home / office) + vacation + rrsp
