That said, Janna French’s client is looking for 2 ‘dynamite’ (pardon the pun) Customer Service Supervisors to lead a group of CSRs in both Vancouver and Toronto!
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR INDUSTRY: 3PL / LOGISTICS LOCATION: VANCOUVER & TORONTO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Supervisor will train, lead, and oversee the day-to-day operations, workflow, and growth performance of the Customer Service Representative team
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years in a similar, supervisory or management position
· Exceptional & professional customer service / communication skill sets
· Strong mathematical / analytical skill sets
· Strong ability to work & pivot within a fast-paced environment
· Working knowledge of MS Office & warehouse operating systems (preferred)
· Ability to work extended / irregular hours, as needed
REMUNERATION:
SALARY: $60,000 – $65,000 BONUS POTENTIAL (5%): $3,000 – $3,250
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $63,000 – $68,250
