And, while Alec Baldwin was more than a little ‘over-the-top’ in this 1992 classic about unmotivated salespeople, his message resonates with every sales professional who wants to be the absolute best at what they do. What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role? Not much, really. That said, in this role, you won’t need to worry about working for a tyrannical sales leader – in fact, quite the opposite. Our client’s organization supports its salespeople amazingly! And when it comes to earning potential – hold on to your socks! Sabrina Galli is looking for a Key Account Manager in Vancouver and Toronto!

POSITION:      KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER REPORTS TO: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER LOCATION:     GREATER TORONTO AREA + VANCOUVER SUMMARY:      Match and Fable’s client is a trusted name and leader in the residential and commercial utilities space, with award-winning service and senior leadership.  They’ve built a reputation as the go-to provider in their industry and have a vast market share.  With their comprehensive, end-to-end service they consistently maintain a client focus unlike any other in the space.  The company offers ongoing support and training, as well as an individualized career progression plan, for beyond this role.


  1. Identify and engage prospective clients in the commercial space

  2. Conduct business presentations and demonstrations, providing products and services to large commercial clients, including, Property Management and Business Management companies in the area

  3. Build and maintain long-standing client relationships, while maintaining standards of excellence

  4. Meet monthly budgeted sales targets for both new business and services

  5. Actively manage all sales activities and sales metrics through the company CRM

  6. Provide a consultative sales approach in identifying client needs and presenting appropriate solutions

  7. Attend National team meetings and 1:1’s with the National Sales Manager


  1. 3+ years’ sales experience

  2. Experience selling into Property Management space (NICE TO HAVE)

  3. Solid business development background

  4. Winning attitude + a proven track record

  5. Excellent presentation skills + the ability to articulate in a consultative sales manner


BASE SALARY: $72,000 – $75,000 START-UP COMMISSION GUARANTEE: $18,000 (paid over 6 months) ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $60,000 (uncapped) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $150,000 OTHER: solid training + extensive medical/dental coverage + mileage + rrsp INTERESTED? There are 3 things we’ll need from you;
