Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative for both their Burnaby and Edmonton offices. POSITION:    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REPORTING: MANAGER LOCATION:   BURNABY + EDMONTON RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answer inbound client calls and promote different products (or propose alternative solutions)

2. Enter all customer orders into the system + follow up on status of deliveries

3. Assist in the planning of special-order deliveries with external transportation companies

4. Perform inventory research within company network + outside vendors (as required)

5. Provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2+ years’ experience in relevant customer service / sales type role

2. Call centre experience (an asset)

3. Solution-oriented + team player + strong fluency in oral / written English

4. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
