Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Chestnut Barrow – better known as the infamous duo, “Bonnie & Clyde” are perhaps, the most romanticized criminals in American history. The two met in Texas in 1930 and soon became notorious for their bank robberies – although the truth is, they robbed far more ‘mom and pop’ gas stations than they did banks! Over the next 4 years, they murdered at least 9 police officers and 4 civilians, before meeting their own demise on May 23, 1934, in a police ambush on their car on a quiet road in Louisiana – quite literally, one another’s ‘ride or die’.
Interestingly, in 1932, while serving a 14-year sentence at Eastham Prison Farm, in Texas, Clyde decided he could no longer endure the bitter working conditions. Hoping for a transfer to a ‘softer’ facility, Clyde took an axe and chopped off the big toe on his left foot. In retrospect, it wasn’t one of his best decisions, as he was released on parole – a mere six days later!

With 50+ years of experience, our client specializes in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain management – with a particular focus in the retail, manufacturing, and technology industries. This position is a combination of business development and account management. POSITION: SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE LOCATION: GREATER TORONTO AREA INDUSTRY: 3PL / CUSTOMS BROKERAGE
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop new client relationships and generate business revenue streams.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Canada.
· Create and implement a prospecting plan to target potential clients.
· Maintain a strong understanding of client business segments and competitive solutions.
· Analyze client needs to develop tailored service solutions.
· Negotiate pricing and conditions for services, proposing complementary offerings.
· Anticipate client demand evolution and adapt service offerings accordingly.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative value propositions.
· Utilize the company CRM for effective portfolio management and information sharing.
REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years of mid to senior-level solution sales experience.
· NICE TO HAVE: 3PL / Freight Forwarding / Transportation industry.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
· Proven track record in integrated solution selling with concrete sales accomplishments.
· Innovative mindset with a focus on driving change.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong presentation / communication skills.
REMUNERATION
BASE SALARY: $100,000 – $135,000
ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $80,000 (uncapped) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $180,000 – $215,000 WHAT NOW?
