SNOWMAN ($100,000 – $110,000+)

In February 1956, a former plow horse from Pennsylvania's Amish country, faced a grim fate as he was earmarked for a slaughterhouse, at the age of eight. On that fateful day, Harry de Leyer, a 28-year-old riding stable owner, arrived late at a horse auction, finding only unwanted horses left after the sale. In this desolate scene, Harry noticed a dirty gray horse, later named Snowman, loaded on a trailer destined for the "meat dealer." Acting on instinct, he purchased Snowman for $80.

Initially, Snowman served as a lesson horse, but he kept jumping the neighbour's five-foot fence to return to Harry. Recognizing Snowman's exceptional talent, Harry decided to train him as a show jumper. In a matter of two short years, Snowman achieved remarkable success, becoming the United States Equestrian Federation Horse of the Year and securing numerous championships, including a historic win at Madison Square Garden as the first horse to claim the Open Jumper Championship – two years in a row! · Dedicated focus, selling supply chain solutions to companies located in Kelowna, BC.

· The role includes both growth and retention targets (Share of Wallet + New Logo acquisition).

· Forecast, track client account performance metrics, vertical and market specific research and understand. industry trends to enable growth + cross functional internal collaboration to support client requirements.

· Negotiate contracts and strategic multi-year renewals for client base.

· Facilitate sales process involving appropriate internal resources to ensure client satisfaction.

· Maintain and update CRM + lead and orchestrate Quotes + Bids + RFIs + RFPs.


· Post secondary education – preferred.

· ~2+ years of B2B, client facing sales experience.

· A ‘solution selling’ based background.

· Experience selling value – not price.

· Strong financial acumen.


BASE SALARY: $75,000 – $85,000

ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $25,000 (at 100% of plan + ability to overachieve) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $100,000 – $110,000
