And, since the Y chromosome is only passed from father to son – it’s a record of one’s patrilineage.

Assuming 25 years per generation – that’s 30 men, between Genghis’ time and today.

POSITION: REAL ESTATE LAWYER INDUSTRY: LEGAL

LOCATION: VANCOUVER, BC RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Negotiate with local, provincial and federal government regarding: Development Approvals + Land Use + Zoning + Variances + ALR Matters + Expropriation

· Handle subdivision matters

· Draft agreements in relation to real estate development corporate structure

· Manage acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and residential real estate

· Handle real estate financing matters

· Negotiate, advise and prepare leases for landlords and tenants

REQUIREMENTS:

· 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Law

· Experience advising clients with respect to real estate matters

· Excellent drafting and communication skills

· Confident at engaging and interacting with clients

· Exceptional work ethic + attention to details + client service oriented

REMUNERATION:
