Pipe organs are massive, complex instruments with rows of pipes that produce different sounds. The knobs or levers that control which pipes receive air are referred to as “stops”. Pushing in a stop blocks airflow, silencing certain pipes, while pulling out a stop allows air through, adding more layers of sound. When an organist “pulls out all the stops”, every pipe plays at once, creating a thunderous, full-bodied sound that fills an entire cathedral. This dramatic effect made the phrase a perfect metaphor for giving maximum effort – going all out with nothing held back.

They partner with government agencies, hospitals, corporate wellness programs, and military organizations to ensure high-quality care reaches every corner of Canada. For this mandate, Jeanne Agius is looking for a strategic Account Executive to identify, pursue, and win health-focused Request for Proposals (RFPs). The role focuses on business growth, strategic relationship development with key healthcare decision-makers, and securing high-value contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and pursue health-focused RFP opportunities aligned with company goals.
· Lead the full RFP process, from identification to proposal submission and contract negotiation.
· Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive proposals and position company capabilities.
· Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with healthcare executives, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
· Engage with clients to tailor proposals, provide expert insights, and ensure high satisfaction.
· Ensure contract compliance while identifying revenue growth opportunities.
· Monitor project performance, addressing client concerns proactively.
· Support business planning, forecasting, and budget initiatives.
· Work across departments to optimize workflows and drive company-wide innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in sales, business development / account management + a track record of winning healthcare RFPs.
· Deep understanding of healthcare systems, payer organizations, regulations, and market trends.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
· Proven success in leading large-scale RFPs and securing high-value contracts.
· Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
REMUNERATION
BASE SALARY: $90,000 – $140,000
ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $75,000 (uncapped) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $165,000 – $215,000
