POSITION:      LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY INDUSTRY:     LEGAL

LOCATIONS:   PALM BEACH + NEW YORK + NEW JERSEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Represent public and private employers in matters involving labor, employment, and education laws.

·         Handle cases related to disciplinary actions, terminations, discrimination claims, and internal investigations.

·         Draft employment agreements and separation/severance agreements.

·         Counsel clients on the application of various state and federal employment laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

·         3-8 years of relevant experience in labor and employment litigation.

·         Proven ability to work collaboratively across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

·         Strong academic credentials.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

REMUNERATION:

SALARY: $132,500 – $200,000 (final offer based on experience, skill level, and office location).
