Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Chesnut Barrow, better known as Bonnie & Clyde, might be the most romanticized criminals in American history.

They met in Texas in 1930 and quickly became famous for bank robberies. The less glamorous truth is they mostly robbed small gas stations and local shops. Over the next four years, their crime spree escalated. At least 9 police officers and 4 civilians were killed before it all ended on May 23, 1934, when the couple was ambushed on a rural road in Bienville Parish, Louisiana.

But the strangest chapter came earlier. In 1932, Clyde was serving a 14-year sentence at Eastham Prison Farm in Texas. The conditions were brutal. Desperate to be transferred to an easier facility, he made a calculated decision. He took an axe and cut off the big toe on his left foot.

It did not work.

Six days later, Clyde was released on parole. What does that have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role? Nothing. That said, Woody is looking for an experienced Operations Manager in the Toronto area. Our client is an industry-leading commercial janitorial company delivering consistent, superior service through sustainable practices and innovative solutions for nearly 50 years! Reporting to the Director, the Operations Manager will oversee janitorial operations for a portfolio of contract sites. This position requires significant autonomy. You'll manage budgets, quality standards, client relationships, and team compliance independently while solving problems as they emerge. POSITION:    OPERATIONS MANAGER LOCATION:   TORONTO

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage cleaning operations across multiple sites to quality standards

·         Serve as primary liaison between property management, tenants, and on-site teams

·         Prepare and manage operating budgets for each location

·         Process all invoicing and billing through proprietary systems

·         Ensure site supervisors comply with company and building policies

·         Conduct performance reviews and client meetings

·         Perform site inspections and troubleshoot service issues

·         Ensure contract compliance and KPI achievement

·         Respond to emergency situations

REQUIREMENTS

·         5+ years management experience in cleaning, facilities, or service industries

·         Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience managing union and non-union workforces

·         Working knowledge of commercial cleaning operations, products, and equipment

·         Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe

·         Fluent English (additional languages an asset)

REMUNERATION

SALARY: $95,000 – $110,000
