In 2017, identical twin sisters Brittany and Briana Deane met identical twin brothers Josh and Jeremy Salyers at the Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio.

  A year later, the four were back in Twinsburg, this time for a joint wedding. Brittany married Josh. Briana married Jeremy.

Then, in 2021, both couples had baby boys.

So, what does that make the boys?

Technically, they’re cousins ... but genetically? They’re brothers!

Because both sets of parents are identical twins, the boys share essentially the same DNA they would have if they had the same biological parents. They’re known as quaternary multiples.

So, these two little boys have the same family tree as cousins ... but, genetically speaking, they’re brothers. What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role? Nothing. That said, while we’ve got your attention, Jeanne Agius is also looking for a hands-on Boutique Manager to run the day-to-day operation of an employee uniform boutique. You’ll lead a small team while working alongside them on fittings, orders, inventory, pickups, returns, and employee service.

And to be clear: this is NOT a sales role!

POSITION:      BOUTIQUE MANAGER LOCATION:    MONTREAL (SAINT-LAURENT) RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Manage daily boutique operations, assign work, and lead a small team.

·       Handle employee fittings, measurements, orders, pickups, returns, and Made to Measure.

·       Receive, organize, and maintain inventory; process shipments and returns.

·       Coordinate fitting appointments and resolve order or service issues.

·       Hire, train, coach, and manage staff schedules, hours, and vacation reporting.

·       Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage opening/closing and day-to-day store standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Fluent French and English; French assessed by client (Level 3–4 required, native level accepted).

·       Previous team leadership or supervisory experience, with strong conflict-resolution skills.

·       Retail or customer service experience is an asset – but not required.Strong Excel and Word skills.

·       Comfortable with hands-on physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, pushing and standing throughout the day.

·       Available to work on site Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

REMUNERATION:

BASE SALARY: $55,000 – $60,000 OTHER: benefits + 3 weeks’ vacation
