This is a hybrid position supporting both retail (LCBO, Grocery & Convenience, Liquor Convenience Outlets) and on-premise accounts for our fast-growing client.
POSITION: TERRITORY MANAGER INDUSTRY: BEVERAGE & ALCOHOL LOCATION: GOLDEN HORSESHOE (HAMILTON)
You’ll be on the road every day, connecting with key retail (LCBO, Grocery, Convenience & Liquor Convenience Outlets) and on‑premise accounts, making sure our client’s products get seen, tasted, and loved! You’ll plan your territory strategically, keep consistent in-person visits, run tastings and staff training sessions, execute promotions flawlessly and make sure every shelf looks sharp. Logging activity in the CRM, managing expenses and supporting merchandising initiatives – all part of the game. You’ll share market insights with leadership, grow distribution, hit your sales targets and drive your territory like it’s your own business – moving fast, owning results and making a real impact every day.
REMUNERATION:
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Performance Bonus: 15%OTE: $92,000 – $103,500
Car Allowance: $1,250 per month ($15,000 / year)
Other: comprehensive benefits package + 3 weeks’ vacation
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of field sales experience in beverage alcohol or CPG
· Proven ability to build relationships & deliver exceptional customer service
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
· Self-starter with initiative and a team-oriented mindset
· Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
