Our client isn’t looking for someone to simply maintain a portfolio. They’re looking for a hunter who thrives in the field, builds relationships and closes deals. Our client is a fast-growing distributor of stainless-steel fasteners. They supply manufacturers, construction firms, and machine shops across Canada. Jeanne Agius is looking for an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for developing business across a high-opportunity territory (Barrie, Niagara, Toronto, GTA). From cold leads to reactivating dormant accounts, you’ll build and own a thriving pipeline with the support of inside sales and marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → close → grow
· Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing, construction, and MRO verticals
· Build strategic account plans to drive loyalty and repeat sales
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-value solutions
· Use tools like CRM, ERP, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track pipeline activity
· Leverage market intelligence to adapt and stay ahead of competitors
REQUIREMENTS
· 7+ years of B2B sales experience – ideally in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, or consumables
· A track record of net-new business growth (not just maintaining accounts)
· A hunter mentality and strong strategic sales chops
· Comfortable being on the road 4-5 days per week
REMUNERATION
BASE SALARY: $90,000 – $100,000
ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $20,000 (uncapped) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $110,000 – $120,000 OTHER: $1,000/month car allowance, gas/mileage card, benefits, vacation WHAT NOW?
