In 2012, a tourist group in Iceland stopped near a volcanic canyon. After a break, one woman was reported missing – described as an Asian woman in dark clothing. A full search party was launched, with around 50 people combing the area. Hours into the search, they realized something strange …
 The "missing" woman had been with them the whole time – she just didn’t recognize the description of herself because she had changed clothes during the stop.
She even joined the search party to look for ... herself.
Once the mix-up was discovered, the search was called off, and the story quickly went viral for its bizarre twist. What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role? Absolutely nothing. That said, George Stankovic is looking for a Business Development Manager in the London area for one of North America’s premiere security companies. The territory encompasses K/W to London to Windsor / Sarnia. POSITION:     BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY:    SECURITY TERRITORY:   LONDON (SWO)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Build client relationships to position the organization as a top security provider.
·        Connect with prospects to offer tailored solutions.
·        Strengthen personal and company brand to attract key connections.
·        Identify key decision-makers and build productive relationships.
·        Plan travel strategically to maximize client meetings and uphold the highest professional standards.
·        Partner with Operations teams to showcase value during and after the sales process.
·        Maintain trust and integrity with all clients and team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
Â
·        3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in services.
·        Proven sales success using strategic, consultative techniques and a formal sales process.
·        Strong prospecting skills in cold calling and networking to drive leads.
·        Excellent communicator with strong writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
·        Collaborative team player with a track record of resolving client issues with Ops Teams.
·        Highly organized and able to manage tight deadlines and plan territory travel, including overnight.
·        Tech-savvy with Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency for reports, CRM, and presentations.

BASE SALARY: $70,000 – $75,000 ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $50,000 (uncapped) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $120,000 – $125,000
