Stig Severinsen, a Danish free diver, was born on March 8, 1973.

In December 2020 he destroyed the former world record when he swam 202 meters – on a single breath of air!That’s the length of two soccer fields!

He also holds the record for holding his breath under water – an unbelievable 22 minutes!

To put that in perspective, the average adult human has a lung capacity of 5 to 6 liters and can hold their breath for 30 to 90 seconds. Severinsen can reach a remarkable level – 14 liters!

POSITION:    SECURED LENDING LAWYER INDUSTRY:   LEGAL

LOCATION:   VANCOUVER, BC RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Advise clients on all aspects of their business cycle from incorporation to financing to corporate restructuring and reorganization to sale.

·       Assist clients to choose appropriate legal structure for their business and facilitate the formation process.

·       Handle a diverse range of property finance matters representing both borrowers and lenders.

·       Work closely with established clients, including bridging lenders and mainstream banks.

·       Collaborate with a team known for their expertise and client-focused approach.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       10+ years’ experience within banking, commercial lending, private lending and borrowing.

·       Portable book of business.

·       Experience advising clients with respect to lending matters + drafting contracts and other documentation.

·       Excellent communication skills + confident engaging and interacting with clients.

·       Exceptional work ethic, client service oriented and team player + attention to detail.

REMUNERATION:
