If you're a golfer, you may already know this – but in case you don't, it’s worth a look.
In Pineville, North Carolina, there's an organization called the National Hole-in-One Registry, dedicated to recognizing one of the rarest feats in golf.
To date, nearly 65,000 golfers have registered their hole-in-one. Impressive, considering the odds for the average player are about 12,000 to 1. (For professionals, it's closer to 2,500 to 1.)
Most aces happen on par-3 holes, and while around 128,000 hole-in-ones occur globally each year, only a small number are officially recorded.
What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role?
Absolutely nothing.
That said, George Stankovic is looking for a Human Resources Representative in Montreal for one of North America’s premiere security companies. He’s looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Rep to deliver high-quality service to employees and managers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment support to compliance tracking and employee relations administration. The HR Rep works closely with experienced HR colleagues, receiving guidance and mentorship to grow into a more senior HR role.
POSITION: HR REPRESENTATIVE (BILINGUAL) INDUSTRY: SECURITY OFFICE: MONTREAL (ON-SITE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination to support recruitment efforts.
· Conduct initial resume screening and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Support compliance processes by monitoring and tracking work permits, security licenses, and other required certifications.
· Maintain employee records in HR systems, including status changes and updates to personal information.
· Prepare and distribute HR communications, policy reminders, and onboarding materials.
· Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
· Assist with background check processing and review results under the guidance of senior HR staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Post-secondary education in Human Resources,
· 1 – 2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new HR systems.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Professional, discreet, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
REMUNERATION:
$65,000 + car allowance + gas card
