Our client is a well-established, full-service law firm based in Toronto with a team of over 50 lawyers. The firm provides a broad range of legal services, including business law, litigation, real estate, employment, family law, tax, wills and estates, and more. POSITION:      COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LAW CLERK INDUSTRY:     LEGAL LOCATION:    TORONTO, ONTARIO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Manage and assist with complex commercial real estate and land development transactions

·         Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to commercial property matters

·         Conduct title and off-title searches, prepare reports, and liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties

·         Handle files independently and in collaboration with lawyers and team members

·         Support transactions from inception to completion, including closing procedures

·         Maintain accurate and organized client files in both electronic and paper formats

·         Other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Law Clerk diploma from a recognized Ontario program

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate law

·         Strong background in complex real estate and land development transactions

·         Ability to manage files independently and as part of a team

·         Residential real estate law experience considered an asset

·         Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills

REMUNERATION:

SALARY: $60,000 – $80,000
