Absolutely nothing! That said, while we’ve got your attention … Iva Frankovic is looking for an experienced Distribution Manager who will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a large food-grade warehouse facility in the Bolton area. The site is part of a two-building operation totaling more than 400,000 sq ft.

This role oversees warehouse staff, ensures orders ship accurately and on time, and maintains operational standards required for food-grade storage. The manager owns the performance of the facility and is expected to run it efficiently, manage the team, and ensure customer service levels are met.

The position reports directly to senior operations leadership and requires someone who takes full ownership of the operation and is comfortable in a hands-on warehouse leadership environment. POSITION:    DISTRIBUTION MANAGER LOCATION:   BOLTON, ONTARIO

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Oversee daily warehouse operations for a large food-grade distribution facility

·         Manage a team consisting of supervisors, team leads, and warehouse associates

·         Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time

·         Maintain service levels and customer SLAs

·         Manage staffing levels, productivity, and workflow

·         Ensure compliance with food-grade warehouse standards and audits (AIB)

·         Monitor operational performance and address issues quickly

·         Support team members and step into operational tasks when needed

·         Work closely with leadership on operational improvements and performance

·         Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

REQUIREMENTS

·         Experience managing operations within a warehouse or distribution center

·         Leadership experience supervising warehouse teams

·         Strong operational mindset focused on efficiency and accuracy

·         Ability to manage people, processes, and workflow in a fast-paced environment

·         Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role when needed

·         Strong accountability and ownership mentality

·         Experience in food-grade warehousing – an asset, but not required

·         Experience with warehouse management systems such as HighJump WMS is an asset

REMUNERATION
