In the opening scene of James Bond’s Goldfinger, Bond emerges from the water in a wetsuit and after a quick fight and rigging an explosion, he peels off his wet suit, revealing a perfectly dry tuxedo and lights a cigarette!

In November 1941, Peter Tazelaar (a Dutch agent working for the Secret Service) plunged into the waters off the Dutch coast. His mission – to infiltrate a Nazi-occupied casino and free two captured agents!

Stealthily, Tazelaar swam to the docks. He discarded his specially designed scuba suit and, (just like in the movie) … stood there, dry as a bone – in a tuxedo of his own!

He removed a flask from his suit jacket and doused himself in cognac.

Pretending to be drunk, Peter stumbled past the Nazi guards, entered the casino, tracked down the agents and completed his mission!

· Dedicated focus, selling complex supply chain solutions to companies located in Kelowna, BC.

· The role includes both growth and retention targets (Share of Wallet + New Logo acquisition).

· Forecast, track client account performance metrics, vertical and market specific research and understand. industry trends to enable growth + cross functional internal collaboration to support client requirements.

· Negotiate complex contracts and strategic multi-year renewals for client base.

· Facilitate sales process involving appropriate internal resources to ensure client satisfaction.

· Maintain and update CRM + lead and orchestrate Quotes + Bids + RFIs + RFPs.


· Post secondary education (Diploma or Degree)

· ~3+ years of progressive, B2B, client facing sales experience.

· A ‘Solution Selling’ based background – selling into V-Suite and C-Suite decision-makers.

· Experience selling value – not price.

· Strong financial acumen.


BASE SALARY: $70,000 – $75,000

ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $25,000 (at 100% of plan + ability to overachieve) ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $95,000 – $100,000
