At 2 years old, he fell from a two-story window, fracturing his skull. At age 6, he accidentally ingested acid. At 9, he fell down a flight of stairs and crashed onto a burning stove. When he was 11, a battle with measles left him in a coma for 9 days. At 14, he broke his arm and got caught in a carriage door. At 19, a brick fell straight onto his head.
Apparently, Sax even swallowed a needle at one point.
At 23, he nearly drank himself to death from tainted wine.
Yet, against all odds, at 29, Adolphe Sax invented the saxophone, proving that life’s toughest trials can sometimes lead to the greatest triumphs. What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role?

That said, while we’ve got your attention, Woody and Jeanne are partnering on a fantastic Territory Manager role based in Albany, New York!
The TM will promote and sample our client’s hard seltzer products in various restaurants and on-premise locations across Albany and Saratoga, New York.
This position requires a hands-on approach to product sampling, building relationships with local distributors, restaurant staff and management, and driving sales growth through effective brand representation and engagement.
POSITION: TERRITORY MANAGER
INDUSTRY: BEVARAGE & ALCOHOL
LOCATION: ALBANY, NEW YORK (WFH)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls for assigned territory.
· Maintain and solicit new business by building credible and long-term relationships with accounts to increase revenue and volume within route territory.
· Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation and customer service while managing the assigned budget.
· Service and ensure the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management.
· Educate staff by administering product tastings and training seminars on priority brand.
· Report on competitive activities within the territory and offer constructive suggestions.
· Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolio.
· Work with supplier representatives and members of management in the field to promote sales.
· Product sampling.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion, preferably in the beverage / alcohol industry.
· Experience promoting products in various restaurants and on-premise locations.
· Knowledge of local distributor personnel, market trends and competition – preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Proficient PC, iPad and MS Office skills.
· Must be at least 19 years of age
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License
REMUNERATION:
BASE SALARY: $80,000 – $100,000 (USD)
BONUS: 25% (UNCAPPED)
ALL-IN: $100,000 – $125,000 (USD) OTHER: benefits + 3 weeks’ vacation + work from home
