LOCATION:   PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Represent lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and institutional investors in a variety of commercial finance transactions.

·         Handle asset-based finance, cash flow finance, senior, mezzanine, and subordinated finance, as well as leveraged and acquisition finance.

·         Assist clients in structured finance, private credit, and direct lending transactions.

·         Negotiate, structure, and document secured and unsecured financing transactions.

·         Draft and review legal documents, including inter-creditor agreements, loan documents, and other finance-related agreements

·         Provide legal advice and support to a variety of lending, finance, and investment banking/advisory clients.

·         Work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

·         10+ years of experience in commercial finance transactions.

·         Expertise in commercial mortgage transactions, leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and cross-border financings.

·         Strong understanding of U.S.-based and foreign financial institutions, including large multistate banks, small community banks, and non-traditional lenders.

·         Proven experience drafting and negotiating legal documents related to finance transactions.

REMUNERATION:

SALARY: $175,000 – $300,000 + bonus
